Return Policy

Return and exchange needs to know

 - We provide merchandise return service to provide consumer protection rights, but it is not equivalent to appreciating and trying on goods after returning service.
 When returning the goods, the goods must be packaged intact, and the returned label tapes are not removed, and they must be completely unused. Once the used or returned label tapes are found to be damaged, the return service cannot be accepted. For the return service, the customer must pay the ship and  return postage.

- If you have an inappropriate size, we will provide a product exchange service, and you must pay back the postage when you exchange the goods.

 - The color part is related to the computer setting, and the actual color will be the same as the normal or darker case on the computer.
   For buyers who are more sensitive to color, please confirm that it is acceptable to order again.

- Reminder: After receiving the goods for more than 7 days, the return and exchange processing will be invalid, and no reason will be accepted.

REFUNDS

We usually accept returns within 10 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 14 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card / stripe : Our bank will reimburse you within 14 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 14 business days of the Return Confirmation email. 

If you apply for a refund service, the company will charge 5% administrative fee, the fee will be deducted when the payment is refunded, thank you for your understanding.


After-sales and maintenance services

       Within 7 days after receipt of all goods, if there are quality problems, you can return or exchange, no quality problems will not be returned!!  ️The size does not match, you need to escape the code to escape!!  ️
 All returns must be fully packaged, and the replacement label tape is not removed. If any packaging is destroyed, it will not be accepted!!  ️
        All the products purchased by the store are also free of maintenance for one year (but the natural wear and tear, metal aging, improper use of products and human factors will not be included in the maintenance scope)
For the maintenance services , the customer must pay the ship fee and return postage fee
