Return Policy

Welcome to Winniemodo (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!

These Return Policy govern your use of our website located at https://www.winniemodo.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by Winniemodo.


Return and exchange needs to know :

We provide merchandise return service to provide consumer protection rights, but it is not equivalent to appreciating and trying on goods after returning service. Customers might be unsatisfied with their order for a number of reasons - it arrived damaged, they ordered the wrong size, or it simply didn't meet their expectations. So buyer can ask for a replacement or for their money back.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@winniemodo.com with  your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best  to work towards a satisfactory solution.
When returning the goods, the goods must be packaged intact, and the returned label tapes are not removed, and they must be completely unused. Once the used or returned label tapes are found to be damaged, the return service cannot be accepted. For the return service, the customer must pay the ship and return postage.

If you have an inappropriate size, we will provide a product exchange service, and you must pay back the postage when you exchange the goods.

The color part is related to the computer setting, and the actual color will be the same as the normal or darker case on the computer.
For buyers who are more sensitive to color, please confirm that it is acceptable to order again.

If you want to return an order during the 7 days cooling off period, please inform us in 4 days and send us back the return item(s) within 7 days by the return address we provided. You will have to bear the full cost of returning the product(s). After 7 days without any notifications, the return and exchange service will be invalid, no reason will be accepted.

Refunds :

We usually process the return process within 15-20 working days after the return arrives at our warehouse. It may take up to 24 working days during peak hours. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card  : Our bank will reimburse you within 24 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

Once your return has been received and accepted by our brand or partner boutique, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 24 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider. If your're eligible, we may be able to process your refund as WINNIEMODO credit if you prefer. Once processed, it will show in your WINNIEMODO account to use the next time you shop with us.

If you apply for a refund service, the company will charge 5% administrative fee, the fee will be deducted when the payment is refunded, thank you for your understanding.


After-sales and maintenance services:

Within 7 days after receipt of all goods, if there are quality problems, you can return or exchange, no quality problems will not be returned!!  ️The size does not match; you need to escape the code to escape!!  ️ 
All returns must be fully packaged, and the replacement label tape is not removed. If any packaging is destroyed, it will not be accepted!!  ️

All the products purchased by the store are also free of maintenance for one year (but the natural wear and tear, metal aging, improper use of products and human factors will not be included in the maintenance scope)
For the maintenance services, the customer must pay the ship fee and return postage fee.

In case of any dispute, the company has the final decision.
We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.  The revised terms and conditions will take effect from the date of posting.
Any matters and circumstances not covered by the above terms and conditions are determined by us.  We have exclusive discretion.
