Welcome to Winniemodo (“Company,” “we,” “our”). This Return & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made through our website at `https://www.winniemodo.com` (the “Service”).




1) Return & Exchange Eligibility


We support returns and exchanges under the conditions described below. This service is intended to address legitimate issues such as:


- The item arrived damaged  

- The wrong size was ordered  

- The product did not meet expectations due to reasons covered by this policy  


 **Important:** Returns/exchanges require compliance with all conditions in this policy, including the notification deadline and item condition requirements.


2) Notification Deadline (Cooling-Off Period)


If, upon receiving the goods, you are dissatisfied or wish to request a return and/or exchange, you **must notify us within seven (7) days** from the date of receipt.


- Requests submitted after the 7-day period will **not** be accepted.  

- No exceptions will be made for late notifications, and no reasons for late notification will be considered.


3) Item Condition & Return Requirements


3.1 Packaging and Labels

All returned items must be:

- In their **original packaging**

- **Unused**

- With **labels intact**

- With all **tapes/packaging seals** intact (where applicable)


3.2 Denied Returns

Your return request may be denied if:

- The original packaging and/or labels are damaged

- The item is returned without required packaging/labels

- The item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its condition


4) Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact us **immediately** at **info@winniemodo.com**

2. Include:

   - Your order number

   - Clear photographs showing the damaged condition


We will review your request on a **case-by-case** basis and work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.


5) Exchanges (Including Size Exchanges)


If the item does not fit and you request an exchange:

- Exchanges are available within the same **7-day notification window**

- You will be responsible for the **postage/shipping costs** related to the exchange


6) Shipping Costs (Returns & Exchanges)


Unless otherwise confirmed by the Company in writing:


- For the first return/exchange request: The customer may be required to cover part of the shipping costs related to the return/exchange.

- For a second exchange request: The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, including shipping to us and back to the customer.



7) Color Accuracy


We aim for accurate product representation; however, the appearance of colors may vary depending on individual computer/mobile settings. If you are sensitive to color differences, we recommend confirming your preferences before placing an order.


8) Return Processing & Refund Timing


8.1 Return Processing Time

Once your return items arrive at our warehouse, processing typically takes:

**10–20 working days**

- During peak periods, processing may take **20–24 working days**


After your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin the reimbursement process.


8.2 Refund Processing Time

Refund timelines depend on your payment method:


**Credit Card:** typically **10–24 business days** after the return acceptance confirmation email  

  (Refund posting time can also depend on your credit card issuer.)


8.3 Refund Scope

Upon acceptance, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method, **excluding**:

- Delivery costs

- Taxes  


(Unless otherwise required by applicable law.)


9) Winniemodo Credit Option


If eligible, you may choose to receive your refund as **WINNIEMODO Credit**.

- This credit will be applied to your WINNIEMODO account for use on future purchases.


10) Refund Service Fee


If you opt for the refund service, a **5% administrative fee** will apply.

- This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.


11) Quality Issues, After-Sales Returns & Maintenance


11.1 After-Sales Return/Exchange for Quality Problems

If you encounter any quality issues, you may request a return or exchange within **7 days** of receipt.


- Returns/exchanges are generally accepted only when the issue is confirmed as a quality problem.

- Items with no quality issue—such as size mismatches—are not eligible for return under the after-sales quality-return route.


All items must still be returned in **original packaging** with **labels/tapes intact**. Damaged or unsealed packaging may result in rejection.



11.2 Complimentary Maintenance (1-Year Coverage)

All products purchased from our store are eligible for **one (1) year of complimentary maintenance**.


However, this complimentary maintenance **does not** cover:

- Natural wear and tear

- Metal aging

- Improper usage

- Damage caused by human factors


For maintenance services, customers are responsible for:

- Shipping costs to return the item

- Return postage fees



12) Dispute Resolution


If any disputes arise regarding returns, exchanges, or maintenance, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.


13) Changes to This Policy


We may amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the date they are posted on our website.


For matters not explicitly covered, decisions will be made at the Company’s discretion.
