-Does WinnieModo have a retail boutique?

WinnieModo currently does not have any retail stores.  Although our showroom is currently closed for visits, we have a professional customer service is readily available and happy to assist customers in solving all online shopping problems.
 
-Can I accept orders if the items are out of stock on the WinnieModo website?

If sold out is displayed on the website, there is no way to deal with it. The quantity of each item is small, so it will be easier to sold out.

-Can you buy things online with a different currency?


You can press the button on the top left, and pull down to “other setting”, you will see the dollar sign at the bottom, click on it and you can change the currency.


-Which currencies can I shop in?


This is determined by your delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before placing your order. Unless you are paying with cryptocurrency, if your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD at a competitive exchange rate. 


-How do I place an order on your site?

It's easy! Here’s how:

1)Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
2)Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you've added all items, it's time to check out under ‘Summary’.
3)Sign into your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout.
4)Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. That's it – we'll confirm the order, and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.

-Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Yes. Contact us to do so. We're unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces Pricing & payment.

-When will my card be charged?

If you pay by Stripe, WinnieModo will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.
