When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and are usually delivered within 3-14 working days.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time.
Will I get a tracking number?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
We cannot send to PO boxes, please ensure a street address is supplied.
Which courier do you use?
Is signature required for delivery?
A signature is required upon receipt of goods. Please make sure you or someone is available to receive the package.
Will I have to pay any additional duties or taxes?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that WinnieModo does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.
We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by WinnieModo, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. WinnieModo cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimize any potential delays.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective box with branded dust bags if provided by the designer to ensure it arrives to you in great condition.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as item are often limited, we do not offer reservations.
How do I check the status of my order?
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
